W IM3 4+ win at Walton and Weybridge

Lynsey Johnson, Charlie Cooper, Katie Shiels and Alice Poole - with Haylee-kym Cook coxing – won W IM3 4+ at Walton and Weybridge Regatta.

An easy win in the first round against Gravesend was followed by a tough final against St. George's College, with Guildford winning out by 1¼ lengths. A very enjoyable day for the Guildford crew, despite orders for them to sit in the shade from Matt Hurst (coach) who wasn't so keen on their plans to get a tan... They even made an appearance on Brooklands FM radio!
